Default SB decision - tough spot

I was jus reading the SB range thread there and thought it was quite interesting. What do you think about this spot, it seems to be one of these hands where folding calling and raising all seem bad. BB is a solid reg I have been taking his BB b vs b quite a bit. In about 6 or 7 raises he's called me once where I double barrled him off the the hand on the turn. He's folded to the rest pre-flop.

    Villain runs 20/17 with a 3 bet of 4.7 over 231 hands.

    No-Limit Hold'em, $0.20 BB (6 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    BB ($33.40)
    UTG ($26.34)
    MP ($4.47)
    CO ($8.35)
    Button ($3)
    Hero (SB) ($23.94)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q, A
4 folds, Hero raises $0.70, BB raises $2.40

    Total pot: $1.60

I'll wait for some thoughts then I'll post what my thinking was and what I did.

Probably fold. Sounds like he caught a hand.

Fail that, it's a nice hand to play a big pot with if you think he's really adjusted.

do we have any stealing stats on the HUD?..

i'd probably call if he's regularly stealing since he clearly knows that concept he might think you're trying to rob him with QJ or T9s...

sometimes i do the same play against a TAG with ATC with an attempt to steal of 35+ (someone flame me if this is -ev)

without a read on villain i'd fold... don't like playing oop without some kinda read...
