Default top pair toppest kicker at 50nl

So this hand had me in trouble last night. The villian and I have no specific history and his numbers suggest nittaggishness. The repsonses I got so far range from "b/f flop" to "fine, now b/f river".

The Ad in our hand removes many of his possible FDs and he probably flats domitated K´s a fair amount, so I think folding flop seems to be my best choice.

If this hand was played at midstakes vs a decent thinking opponent, how would the danger of this fold being exploitable affect my play?

    Stacks:
    Hero (CO) ($50.84)
    BTN ($85.10)
    SB ($77.41)
    BB ($50.50)

    Pre-flop: ($0.75, 4 players) Hero is CO
Hero raises to $1.50, BTN calls $1.50, 2 folds

    Flop: ($3.75, 2 players)
Hero bets $2.25, BTN raises to $6.25, Hero calls $4

    Turn: ($16.25, 2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $11.25, Hero calls $11.25

    River: ($38.75, 2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $22.50, Hero folds

if your read is good, i think folding the turn is probably fine. if you planned on folding most rivers, you might as well save some bbs on the turn and just fold there. combonitorically its hard for him to have KQ here which is the only other hand i can see raising this flop to protect.
eeevees are not monies yet...they are like baby monies.

Danger of this being exploitable at mid stakes vs a good thinking regular is that he can check/raise you off your whole range pretty much. If he is going to be c/r this board with a range of bluffs and value it would be terrible to fold your whole range. However vs the nit here he probably has it.
Flopping quads and boats like its my job

I have to steal this word some day.

I b/f flop if he has been "nittagish".
