    Default 3bet donking

So I've been playing FR 100NL for a little while now and there's a few regs who I've been getting involved with 3bet wars. The reason being that these guys are instaqueeze 11-15% 3betters. While a 3bet percentage that high may not be a leak when a lot of the deep tables (50min bb) are so passive, these guys tend to near full pot bet almost everytime. How am I looking to exploit this IP and OOP?

Typical pf and flop goes raise 4x, villain 3bet to 14x, 22-30bb CB from villain.

    Oh, I also don't 3bet a ton. So it's rarely me 3betting them.

... bluff 4bet would seem logical, right? Especially with your image, it would seem ideal to shove over them marginally when you know they're squeezing...

But don't actually listen to me, I don't play these stakes.

Alot of people disagree with me never to 4bet. I take advantage of this in position calling and calling their cbet to maximize what i take away from the light 3bettor. It also creates a balance from when i have a hand.

OOP i never do anything against a 3bettor unless i have the nuts=(nuts vs his range).

Getting of that table is also a something you should have in mind

Well not a complete list but here's some things you could try.

-Stop raising quite so many hands, maybe cut out the bottom 20% of your opening range.

-Autoshove 22-TT and AK-AQ if you raise in late position and one of these guys 3bets you.

-Call with JJ-AA and raise their auto-cbet allin on most flops.

-Call with KQ, AJs, KJs, QJs and raise their auto-cbet allin anytime you flop at least a pair, flush draw, gutter, or overs with a backdoor flushdraw. Fold if you flop absolutely nothing.

I disagree with this post nearly 100%.

There are a lot of hands, such as small pairs, that are not possible to play profitably by calling, but by 4-betting or just shoving, you can show a profit. Seems like a huge waste of money to just fold all these hands just to "balance" the few times you actually have a big pair.

Playing against really light 3-bettors is one of the hardest things in poker to learn. I don't disagree that you should leave the table if you have no idea how to do it, but once you get the hang of it you can take their money a lot faster than you could at a table full of nits. Leaving the table isn't a great idea if you want to challenge yourself to get better at poker.

I agree with this post. Definitely cut down on raising.

If your stats for stealing are fairly high and your fold to 3bet% is high, then that is why you are being beat-up on by the regs. I would tighten my stealing range and start 4beting similar to what mcat stated. I like to have stats like 3bet%, fold to steal, fold to 3bet, and steal % in opponent's HUD. Also, I have found that 4xbb on button is not necessary. A min raise does just fine.

Since you stated that you don't 3bet much, you should try to increase your 3bet % from blinds and lp against folks that are stealing too much and fold too much to 3bets.

I don't know why, but this gives me a boner.
