Vill is mega loose passive (60/5/2) over 70 hands...he's a big station and stax off with funny hands in strange spots. For eg, stacked off on TsJs2d flop with T7o(he b3b got it in), when i showed a tonne of strength.
Im running like 28/20/3 so my image is laggy, mainly cause i've been hitting flops like a mofo.
Can i ever call here. Does this river card improve my relative hand strength?

You have to ask yourself if villain is ever doing this for value with worse?
I doubt that he's shoving this river with something like QT or AK/AJ.

So now your hand is a bluff catcher. I think if villain wanted to bluff here, he would bet smaller.
This looks a lot like a strong hand making up for lost value.
