Dumb question:
I already have a PS account which I did not use FTR to open....am I screwed? Or can I still open one somehow? I assume I cant do it because that woud be multi account?

I have been down this road (though for rakeback not tourn entries) and I always get told by every site that there is nothing you can do. Which sucks because I have (over the years) opened accounts with almost every room out there that accepts US players and always directly thorugh their site.
I feel yo pain.

It doesnt bum me out so much I cant play in tourneys like this, as the site gets hooked up when people sign up through them, however it does bum me out that I never got any rakeback on any of my sites cuz I signed up so long ago before alot of that was around and known about. My friend who has only played a bit I just was able to hook him up with free bankrolls that im helping him build at like five sites, I am so envious that i never knew abou that back in the day.

Im curious how many people gonna make multi accounts.

I'd be surprised if less than half the field wasn't people that already had a Pstars account and made a new one to get in (cant blame em for doing so....doesnt really hurt anyone as long as they dont use muti-accounts in same tourny

but theres at least 19 obvious multi-accounts registered for it so far....ie; people that made multi-accounts here, and made new PStars account through FTR with each of them, so they have 2 or more entries in the tourny...

those 19 are just the obvious ones... people either too stupid ot too lazy to cover their tracks... 1 in the hand is worth 2 in the bush,...so I'm guessin that theres somewhere around 50 - 60 accounts in the tourny that are those of MAers, aka cheating scumbags that will ruin alot of players tourny by sucking out with absolute crap cause they'll get all in with any 2 cards cause they dont care.....they got 3,4,5 or more accts in the game and can go bust several times without worry...
so watch out for these funkin loser donks....try not to let them ruin your game

nearly all private freerolls have around 30% rate of MAers (if you dont believe me, just look at the list of entrants in any pw freeroll....and do a little looking around on the forums and check peoples poker site IDs, lot of em are stupid and post stuff that gives them away)....this one would have required a little more work to do so....so maybe a smaller % of MAers in it....

pretty easy to spot em though....just look for the ones that sit out then show up for a few minutes, then sit out again while they play another acct (make notes on suspected MAers, and when you play them again, if they still play the sit out, sit in, sit out ect...along with the reckless play, the they prob are an MAer...then report them to the poker site....if they are, that acct and any others they made will be closed)
most of these MAers play several accts, but may have just 1 or 2 computers....so they play 1 or 2 at a time , and are sitting out with other 2 or more accts.... just look for the sitting in and out and back in...back out..reckless play..... a little common sense and alot of them are easy to spot

already had PStars account long ago, and a couple of years ago PS closed mine and my wifes acct and it was a huge pain in the azz to get them to re-open them......so I wasn't about to try and make a new one just to get in this (though I dont see anything wrong with someone doing that as long as they make only one and dont play it with their regular acct.)..... but not worth the potential hassles to me
