FTR members playing in the WSOP?

Default FTR members playing in the WSOP?

Can I get a head count of FTR members that plan on playing in any event in the WSOP? It would also be nice to know if anyone is going to be in the main event.

It would be cool to be able to organize some last longer or other prop bets, but we need to know what the demand will be for this. We're working with a poker room that can help us with the bets, what do you guys think?

If we had 10 or so FTR members in the same WSOP event, would anyone place a last longer bet?

I'll likely play 1 maybe 2 smaller events. No main event this year though.

Guys, FTR and Bodog are trying to gauge interest for how much betting might be done on the WSOP props found on this page:

    http://sports.bodoglife.com/welcome/...ting/poker.jsp

For those unfamiliar with prop (or proposition) bets they are way to gamble on certain instances inside a game or event. The "event" in this case is the entire WSOP Championship, the Main Event, or other events that will have enough interest to warrant making wagers. Looking at the link above one can find many different categories to wager on including:

-will there be a multiple bracelet winner?
-which poker author will win the most money in the series?
-will a woman win an open event in the series?
    -etc...

Each bet is accompanied with pay out odds, typically they are yes/no questions allowing a bettor to choose either side but there are also group bets which allow bettors to choose from a list of players.

If there is enough interest there is a possibility for an official FTR last-longer bet held on Bodog's Sportsbook. If we feel there is enough interest and enough participation is either the Main Event or perhaps one of the $1500 NLHE events then we could make it happen. This means there would be a list of a players involved and FTR Members (including those playing I believe) could wager on who makes it further in the event we choose.

    Clif notes:
-Is anyone interested in betting on the WSOP?
-Would players be interested in a last-longer bet held on Bodog if we get enough players in one event?
-Any questions about Poker Prop Bets?

    Thanks for you time

Guys, we're trying to gauge some interest in this. Thanks for your replies saying which events you plan on playing, now we need to know if this is something we should promote. Would anyone here be interested following or betting on a last longer or different prop bet exclusively for FTR members in the same event?
