50NL kicking my arse, HH's posted, need help

Posting some hand histories for critiquing. These are the hands I lost the largest pots with so far. I did well at 25NL but I'm down almost 4 buy ins now at 50NL over 7000 hands.

In hand 1 the co had been raising in late pos a lot and I knew my hand was way ahead of his range.

hand 1 either call the pfr or if you have enough of a read that he's a maniac, 3bet/shove. Calling the 4bet is wacky and mostly very bad.

hand 2 raise flop more to set up turn shove butotherwise fine

hand 3 shove flop

hand 4 thw $24 bet is nonsensicla although it doesnt really matter. You're clearly never blufing here so just shove after his 4bet.

hand 5 is meh. reads would be nice - if he's a nitty reg this is potentially bad and i might just call preflop - if it's vs a loose fish then fine.

hand 6 lol cooler. althoguh i might fold preflop if it's a nitty reg 3bettign a nitty reg.

7k hands is a tiny sample. Looks like you ran pretty bad but made a few errors, also work harder on gathering reads (or just HUDbot) unless you were just to lazy to post them.

why not post some stats here?
hand 1: Take advantage of your position and flat call preflop. I dont mind getting in here vs some LAGtards.
hand 2:you have to stack off here on this flop in 3 bet pot.
hand 3: why did you flat call? Its time to make squeeze play and take down the pot right preflop.
hand 4:Just 5 bet / shove preflop and make your life much easier.
hand 5: folding your AK preflop is not a big mistake vs most of UTG1 4 betting range in FR games.
hand 6: Im a super nit and fold QQ preflop although i dont mind flat calling here :P Hmmm, whats your game plan if UTG 1 4 bet/squeeze? Are u ready to get in here preflop ? any stats???

Hand 1) I have no idea why you would shove this turn. There is pretty much no value in it, except learning that he 3-bets 66.

Hand 2) This just kinda sucks, but also overshoving the turn doesnt really make sense unless you think it looks like a bluff to him so he will call with worse. To me this seems like "oh screw it I have AA I'll just get it in."

Hand 3) IMO you only have 8 real outs here on the turn (5 of spades must make someone a full house. I don't think you have even close to enough outs here to call. The cutoff is obviously commiting himself and the button already is all in. At least one of these guys is crushing you. Fold turn.

Hand 4) Obviously fine unless you know this is AA everytime, but even then you kinda have to go all in pre with KK when you haev the chance.

Hand 5) I'm really not thinking I would shove here. I would likely call since we know SB isnt going to shove over. I would probably call pre and then shove an A or K flop but fold everything else.

Hand 6) Too bad. Without knowing the results I would bet turn, but either way the result is the same. But, taking into account theory I would bet turn.

more stats PALEEZ - at 50nl there are very few solid players. Most are nits or donks and standard play isn't always optimum against them. Serious profit comes from proper adjustment, and that takes the stats. It's hard to get GOOD advice here without all the information, because well, it's hard to play GOOD without all the information.
