Default 100NL on stars, this guy's line didn't make sense

Reads: he's an aggro 3bettor, in fact I 4b him with QQ and he folded, and like 3b me two hands later :/ so that didn't slow him down
I think he's fucking with me a lot here, thoughts? Not sure about pf, seems a little loose, then again it's a minraise, jesus

Why do you think his line doesn't make sense?

Easy turn c/f or b/f. Hate other options, hate river bet.

I hate to admit it, but you're right

when I played this I missed the fact that he was BB so he checked to the raiser on the flop so my original assumption that he randomly checked flop and raised turn for no reason doesn't hold

Wow, somehow you've gone from losing an extra $3 on the turn to losing an extra $66. This line also makes perfect sense for 99% of players who will check to the PFR with the plan to c/r. The flop checked through, and then some other guy donked into him on the turn, better to start building the pot late than never.

this is atrocious. do you just expect people to give you credit for a set every time?

I would just check-fold the turn. Your turn bet gets called too often, you have a really weak draw, and I doubt bluffing twice is good.

Honestly, as bad as the turn is, given action on the turn then we have to bet the river. When the guy just calls the extra 15 I think he's drawing a lot... at least enough to warrant a bluff on a blank. That said, we could probably get away with like 22 or something.

I hate it when someone posts a hand where they overlook something simple early in a hand and it's like "/thread" while there's a few streets for analysis after the mistake.

Given the action up to the river, do we bluff?
