Default Table breaking up and it's 4 handed

this guy is 21/18 with ATS of 30% in 6m but my read on him is that he's willing to 4b light
3b pre is marginal, but I'm not really really bluffing, in my mind it was for value, but it was really marginal I debated between 3bing and flatting for a second and decided to 3b for value

being 140BB deep I thought it's better to flat the 4b, ship the flop, and hope to fold out ace high and have 25% equity vs. any pair

    how's my line?
    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (4 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    Hero (BB) ($139.70)
    UTG ($136.95)
    Button ($100.60)
    SB ($169.30)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J, K
2 folds, SB bets $3, Hero raises to $9, SB raises to $25, Hero calls $16

    Flop: ($50) 3, 9, 6 (2 players)
SB bets $20, Hero raises to $114.70 (All-In)

I think calling pre is significantly better.

But if he really fourbets light a ton, id call the flop and bet if he checks the turn. Shoving is very bad considering i doubt you do it with just about anything, and if you did i suggest you reevaluate how you form your ranges here.

yeah I shoved QQ in a 3b pot 100BB deep on a similarly low flop and people didn't like that either
