Default 1/2 JJ facing 4bet shove

Opp is complete unknown, he just sat down, so he posts and minraises, i 3bet and when it gets to him he insta shoves.

I guess it's somewhat similar to yesterday when i squeeze w AK against a poster and he insta jammed.
Two differences, yesterday it was for full stacks, today for a half stack, plus the other difference is with AK yesterday that has good elimination cards against KK/AA whereas I didn't today.

    Do you ever fold here?

    SB Leviathan_ ($303.40)
    BB Truukjah ($252.35)

He posted UTG. . . chalk that up to a cooler. I think I'm stacking here full stacked too given the situation described.
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.

Your threebet size is way too big, 12-13 is just fine.

vs a minraise, especially one from an UTG poster, i usually 3bet closer to 4x to get more money in the pot. is this that bad?
eeevees are not monies yet...they are like baby monies.

    ISF, this is intriguing.

my standard 3bet from a minraise is $4 - $15 always just like i make it $7 -$22 standard amount.

do you like smaller 3bet here because you assume he's a megafish and you want them to call wider?

Note the stack size of villain. Against a 100bb stack minraiser, I think $15-$16 is pretty standard here. But against a 50bb stack, I think smaller is likely best. Although there is also merits for getting more money in the pot preflop against someone who is not very likely to fold.

I'd guess it's in order to have more postflop maneuverability
