Default 100NL, TT not sure what to do on the river?

Opponent is Upay4college, a regular running 16/14/3.4 with 3 bet 5.5%. This guy steals a lot in LP position and his 3 bet is also a little higher than normal. However, this is the first time he 3 bet vs my BT open at this table. i decided to make a stand here on BT and see the flop. Of course there's no way i'd fold on this flop. Bet on the turn and shut him down ? What if he c/r ? Did he really make a hand on the river or just slowplay his top range hands? Seriously, i couldnt see him bluff with wiffed AK, AQ or other stuff here.

I look this up from time to time but every time I do I'm reminded why I don't make it a standard to call. So I reluctantly fold even though our hand is face up.

id have probably 4bet preflop - i wouldnt be scared to get this in preflop but it would not be standard - with JJ it probably would be against this player.
As played hes reading your hand pretty well so no matter what you do it sucks - he can easily have two cards or be value betting you to death

i probably do something on the turn - he has to act on the river first so he wont bet AK if you have shown interest on the turn, but he will vbet everything youre behind. If he check raises the turn then its an obvious fold

QQ+, AK and some random bluffing is my 4 bet polarized range here. I do have trouble playing 99-JJ IP vs some aggressive regulars in a 3 bet pot. When these FR nitty multitabling regulars call your 4bet or 5 bet shove over preflop, they usually have AK or QQ+ in these spots.

more thoughts? I think it's very important for us to play well in these medium size pots.

if he cbets this flop with air you should call
if he only cbets flush draws and overpairs then it's tough and probably a fold given his turn/river line

raising flop is only good if theyre then 20% of regs or so that would shove A high. 4bet folding pre is terrible

any 4bet discussion should be with the intention of calling it off
