100NL pfr c/r cause fuck you for stabbing after I check

guy is 20/16 but he keeps stabbing at small pots, raising my leads in limped pots, and just being really fucking annoying when I check to him

How's my line? this is a spot where I'd check/fold a lot of air because I don't feel I get a lot of credit if I bet
so if I check it looks like I'm giving up
then I raise as a semi-bluff

I could just bet/call, but if he has total air c/r gets more moneys since I have a read that he will stab?

If you think you'll get no credit for a c-bet and he'll play back light, I would rather go with a b/3b and still expect to be doing pretty well against his range.

And I know it's a moot point but if I was in villains shoes, I'm jamming like 100% of my range on the turn against your line.

I sized my turn bet for a shove on the river so that's my plan so far unless I decide to change my mind

looks fine as long as you are following through on the majority of rivers. Its def. fine once you pick up what should be 3 more clean outs on the turn. I'm being nitty, but i would beet like $22-23 here so the river isnt a full PSB, more like 80-85% of the pot.

I was being careful because if we bet that amount and he jams it's a real headache because if I think he has a pocket pair like 77 we have 18 outs and we should call, if he has trips we have 12 outs and we should fold, if he has a boat we should fold lfdo

so I made it small enough so if he jams I don't have the pot odds to call
also, since we're bluffing some rivers we'd rather leave as much money as possible because by playing this way we're repping a huge hand or air on the river, so I wish I could even overbet the river for value and as a bluff since we are really polarized

from what i've seen when boards don't seem to hit players much at all, these CR are like 95% 2 over cards.. so depends if opp can figure that out. if he thinks this way and will bluff 3bet then the flop play is great!

if he's betting a ton when you check to him, you could make a really weird play and CR flop, CR shove turn for instance.

I hate taking lines that make villain think we have a particular hand/draw, when we actually do have that particular hand/draw.

Once you're called on the flop, I really don't think he's folding too often.

I would rarely ever consider taking this line on this board.

The biggest reason is because its an odd line and you may get looked up light. I'd also highly doubt that he bets this flop with a wide range.

The 2nd biggest reason is your checking range here is nearly all made hands that aren't folding so there's no point in bluffing here. Your cbetting range is much weaker and could use this sort of hand.

The 3rd biggest reason is because no matter what decision he makes we are going to have to make a marginal to bad bluff because his range is going to have 8's in it.

You can't bet river if you miss because he could easily have an 8 or call with any pair.
