Default looking for good cash game books

    Hi,
I am looking to transition somewhat into cash games from SNGs. I have some FPPs on stars I was thinking of getting a book(s) with. I have searched a little here, and tried posting in the full ring section without much success as to what would be worthwhile. Any thoughts on good cash game books?

I am pretty noobish when it comes to cash, but have a good understanding of the basics from my SNG experience.

Probably something like NLHE T&P would be good. Harrington on Cash games is good although its 2 part and I havnt got around to reading the 2nd part yet. Professional NLHE is also a good book. I think if you click my sig to go to my Op thread I have reviews of some of them linked in the initial post.
Just dipping my toes back in.

NLHE T&P I think is probably the best book to start with for sure and not get too deep. If you read HOH 1 to play toruneys that is a pretty good little start to cash as well even though it is a tourney book. There are better books but they are deeper and more complex.

You can try checking out Ryan Fee's 6-MaxNL Strategy guide. It is free and is pretty decent imo (but I too am a SNG & MTT player.. but have also considered transitioning over to cash tables and have a bit of experience there but not a real lot).

    www.ryanfee.com It is free.

I've heard that HOH CashGames are more suited to Full Ring.. not sure if this is the route you're planning on taking

Phil Gordon's Little Green Book has turned me from an overall poker loser, to a 2NL beating son of a *****. He provides an excellent insight into his game, and it has worked very well.

It's not as theoretically in depth as NLH T&P is, which is also an excellent book and provides explanation on how you should be thinking with pretty much every decision.

And like someone said earlier, Harrington On Hold 'em: Volume I (the tourny one) is awesome. It talks about the early stages of tournaments when the blinds are small compared to the stack, which is the normal status of cash games. So all his concepts in that book apply.
