No relevant history, seems relatively straightforward postflop.

I seem to be getting in a ton of spots like these lately. I call under the assumption that there's draws in his flop c/r'ing range, though I'm not sure how much value I get by calling as he may just give up when he misses. 3betting overreps my hand & my hand plays bad against his stackoff range etc...

Standard or what? spots like these have been killing my redline lately...

pretty standard iyam. plenty of draws and some air in his range. and so what if he shuts down when he whiffs?
eeevees are not monies yet...they are like baby monies.

Unless the guys a nit or I have a read I'll generally call down unless a diamond or king falls in this spot, also being wary of a j,9 or 8 falling due to the likelihood of combo draws.
"This sure beats Super Mario Bros.!" is my ejaculation catch phrase.

I'd just get it in on the flop. You kill his nut fd's. I don't mind flatting and getting it in on safe turn, but this turn is a pretty easy fold.

this is a really great flop for you though. you are only realistically behind 88 and 22 which is not much vs. his flop raising range here.

Getting it in on the flop is fine, but I flat sometimes depending on the type of player he is... i.e. if he whiffs his draw, do you expect him to check the turn or barell? if he will barrell calling is way way better

also, we get to keep his air in by flatting. as played i fold, and think its fine

i think the only way i'd call or get it in on this turn is i have had the Ad in my hand. i fold this on the turn.
