i prefer betting turn in the hope of three streets of value. Turn doesn't have to be that big.

I don't like river check, villain can check a bunch of hands behind here and you hate it when he shows JJ.

here's the best thing to do with big pairs when you find yourself in what may be a perceived squeeze spot with KK/AA: set up the hand to play over two streets. so 3bet bigger, nearly pot flop/shove turn. it's much harder for him to fold worse overpairs to two barrels rather than if he faces three.

my thinking is that JJ/QQ make up the majority of MP's range that we are getting value from. am i wrong for thinking this?

I don't think so

I just think changing our raise size (preflop) is bad/transparent like I would prefer to have my 3bet sizing consistent in that pure value like AA is the same as a complete bluff. Also by setting up a turn shove we allow villain to get away from the hand earlier when he realizes he's getting a bad price. If we set things up so our final bet is giving him what he would think to be 'reasonable pot odds' then I think we might get the crying call from those hands you mentioned more often.

I also think that we may not get as much value trying to set up a turn shove because villain might realize we're not bluffing often when we do it...but I don't know I guess that depends alot on how he thinks and what he thinks of hero. Disregard this it's late here lol.

I don't like this line either because of how villain is probably going to check back anything worth showing down where if we just keep betting we give him a shot at stationing off his stack.

If we knew this guy wouldn't felt something like JJ to 3barrels but perceive your line as really bluffy then yeah, it's probably the best way to play the hand I would think. But I don't think we have enough history to try and rep some crazy bluff, however I don't play these stakes so I'm not sure of how your typical regular is going to view your line (it actually does look like your FOS but I think just betting will be fine until you build up some history?)

Can you clarify your reasoning behind the turn check please. Are you going for a c/r? If you were planning for this exact situation to occur I can kind of see why you would check, since shoving now looks so completely fos. My standard line here is obv to bet/bet/bet but if villain is going to be betting JJ+ on this river then this could be good since you will get snapped quite a lot of the time.

This is FR game!!!!! ppl are timid souls in a 3 bet pot and usually check down those JJ-QQ on the river.
