Turn play vs. tag 200nl

Villain is running 15/12/1.6 over 540 hands. We've had some preflop history and he seems to enjoy regwarring preflop at least (I have a note saying isolate my 3bet/fold x2)

I think the turn is a really interesting spot because I doubt he ever has AA/AK/66/22 and this looks like a flush draw a lot. c/c, c/minraise shove blank river, c/shove, b/f, b/c all seem worthy of consideration. What's my play?
