Joe Cada has the button. Under the gun, Darvin Moon raises to 1,300,000, and Steve Begleiter puts on his thinking cap. With the deliberateness of a surgeon, Begs stacks out a re-raise to 3,900,000 and slides it forward. Moon thinks about it for just a minute before making the call, and the two men go heads up to the flop.

He rocks back in his chair, clearly not liking his predicament, but he's got a ton of chips in there already. After a few more minutes of head shaking and frowns, Moon returns his cards to the muck! Begleiter's cheerleaders erupt in ovation at that monster pot.

Why do you raise the flop?
You have position, and you can get it in comfortably on the turn and river. It's not like you need to keep your flop raising range balanced in the first hand against an unknown.

I don't like flop raise

so his pre-flop range if he's standard unknown is mostly JJ+, maybe a little bit of AK and other random stuff. But....
The flop raise is for value vs QQ? I think you can call flop cos your line looks way too scary for the hands you beat to continue.

I guess the same rationale makes this a fold, but I dunno - can this be Jx random/QQ > 1/3 of the time? I think his likely holdings are AA>QQ=JJ>AJ>KK
