Default 50NL - KK vs a raise on 3bet flop

I hadn't played for about 8 months, so I think I'm very rusty

    villain is 32/10/1.2 - 50 hands
My image (if they pay attention) is taggish.
SPR in this flop is quite OK (i.e. ~5) for an overpair.
    Flop is not that bad.
What's the plan? Call the raise and c/f to a diamond/A on the turn? Otherwise go all in? Or just all in the flop?

    No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
    UTG ($38.24)
    MP ($50)
    Button ($93.98)
    Hero ($66.30)
    BB ($19.89)

    Preflop:
UTG calls $0.50, 1 fold, Button bets $1.50, Hero raises $5.25, 2 folds, Button calls $4

    Flop: ($12) 10, 3, 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $9, Button raises $24, Hero ??

    Good to have you back!

I'd shove the flop, def not a fistpump because he seems very passive, but you can put enough AT,JJ,QQ, and big draws in his range to make this a shove.
Nine to five is how to survive - I ain't trying to survive / I'm trying to live it to the limit and love it a lot //

Can offer RB deals on most sites, PM me.

    Thanks guys!

@XTR: Been spending a lot of time with the family and doing other stuff

    @Alexos:
Do you think this guy would do this with AT/JJ/QQ? He seemed too passive to be able to do this without 2pair/set or maybe KK+. Am I wrong?

He does this with more AT, JJ type hands than he does with Draws. Most passive players don't raise draws on the flop, hence the passive AF stat. He has TPTK, overpair or a set almost always unless he is tired of you and you claim he's not so...
