Default 1/2 - extraction in 3b pot vs. abc reg

Villain is an average reg that plays pretty straightforwardly. He steals from the button a lot (50+%) but folds to 3bets a ton (72%). I hammer on him but he doesn't seem to adjust.

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $2.00 BB (6 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    saw flop

    Button ($200)
    SB ($254.40)
    Hero (BB) ($223.15)
    UTG ($49.15)
    MP ($218.20)
    CO ($40)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3, A
3 folds, Button bets $6, 1 fold, Hero raises to $22, Button calls $16

    Flop: ($45) 3, A, J (2 players)
Hero bets $32, Button calls $32

    Turn: ($109) 3 (2 players)
    Hero... ($146 eff. behind)

Yes of course bet. Sizing is tough. I may bet 72 just because I doubt I bluff too much in this spot and it may get the most calls.

Haha, I didn't get the opportunity to post at work but my immediate thought was bet like $47. I imagine given the read there aren't a lot of hands villain calls the flop with but doesn't take any further, so his range is continuing anyway, but at least a small bet has the opportunity to get into his head.

My first thought was to ghey bet like 50 and let him try to blow us off, or come over top with a flush. But that might look stronger than 70-90ish?

you need to bet small cause its simply a massive coup to get a call of almost any amount from hands with a diamond that are drawing dead to you
