Default ITT villain does something bizzare

Villain runs like 19/16, he's a reg who plays up to the 40/80 deep games on ftp. Plays pretty aggro, once he minraised i quickly looked at my notes on him and i saw the note "check/minraise was bluff." I didnt expect seeing a raise at all on this board at all, but given that he technically is repping very little and he knows that im sure if this just trying to get me to spazz. Then again, there's the minraise note (but he could just do some minraising on dry boards).

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $10.00 BB (6 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    CO ($1040)
    Button ($1003.50)
    Hero (SB) ($1000)
    BB ($479)
    UTG ($1573)
    MP ($1040.50)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 6, 5
2 folds, CO bets $30, Button calls $30, Hero raises to $130, 2 folds, Button calls $100

    Flop: ($300) K, 4, 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $100, Button raises to $200

I think this much more interesting if you have 66 or A high or something. The problem is you have 6 high and I'm going to assume he's expecting you to play back often when he takes a bizarre line like this. I would just fold.

This could be pot control/protection with a pocket pair. I don't think he expects you to spazz but he might not fold to a shove regardless. Could be QJs/JTs also. Just guessing...

Did you ever consider the fact that he has notes on you and has probably recorded you squeezing in the blinds with weak suited hands? He's probably weak, but he probably figured you for so weak you couldn't even call a min-raise. Which you can't I think it's funny how everyone posts the stats of the villain on these boards and don't really seem to consider too much what they know about the hero. Your 100 bet can really only be explained (because it's so weak into a 300 pot) by AA, KK, or AK as a suck bet, a smaller pair scared by the king on the flop, or complete air. Considering the distribution, most of your more likely holdings can't even call a min-raise just in case he actually has a king.

    Bringing the mind home.
I imagine all 100% of the range you continue with for value calls the minraise and checks the turn, so if we are to continue we should do that. There's a good amount of turns that offer us equity, plus our best opportunity to win this hand is when villain checks back the turn pot controlling and we get to lead/shove the river. Assuming the note is valid and villain gets to the river with a range of hands that can't call after bluffing the flop.

I don't think I'd cbet this small unless I was wanting to provoke this kind of action and prepared to defend it tho.

A hand like Ad9d I'd have a harder time choosing between flatting and shoving flop.
