Default 70 FO JJ vs giant river bet

He's running 28/16 or so for 20 hands. He had the chips when he got to table, has won a couple small pots with out showdown

I have doubled up twice since he sat down, once I had AT vs QJ, raised pre then slow played TTx r board and spiked a J turn. Then a bit later I called a raise pre from the BB with AJs. I had FD and 'overs' vs what turned out to be AA and got there after i check shoveled. I'm 18/12ish at the table over all but not sure what I would be on his HUD

I was planning on calling any normal bet but this surprised me. Average stack is around 7k, this pot will make whoever wins it chip leader. I have about 12k behind on river

After he shoved I OPR'd him, numbers looked very bad except for last 120 days when he was 99%, assumed one big recent score but time bank did not have enough to get details.
