Shit, why not start one. I play poker all the damn time and soon I'll be going pro so this seems appropriate. I lurk around here a bunch, reading about you guys, finding some inspiration to keep playing when variance is being an asshole to me. I should offer my experiences too.

recently, I had been reading about those guys who turn in their FPPs on Pokerstars for Porsches. How in the hell do you play enough poker to earn a Porsche?! Sure, I'm a platinum star and by the end of the year, I should be supernova with ease, but damn! I did a little math... If I play 12 tables of $1/2 30 hours a week (with the occasional play at 2/4, it'll take a little over a year to earn 3,000,000 FPPs....Maybe its just me, but that seems feasible somehow.

Maybe I'll go for it....

In the meantime, I'm just gonna start logging some of my experiences as a young player trying to go pro.
