Don't think it changes much here, I mean would he think you'd ever have air? It takes a special kind of madness to float a cbet + turn c/r with air in a 3-bet pot.

I can see a teeny bet getting spitecalled by worse, a shove not so much. If he has a babyflush he's probably gonna puke a little if you shove the river?
