Default 50NL-flopped flush oop on turn

Villain is a 19/17/1.4. Raise button 21% after 453 hands. This session he was playing much looser running a 24/19 after 80 hands or so. I had been 3b him a bunch and he hadn't 4bet me yet, but was calling them quite often. He had folded to most of my c bets in those 3b pots. I didnt mind calling this oop coz of its preflop playability and how light his range for raising button was.

When he flats the check raise i put him on overpair, two pairs or maybe a set, basically a decent made hand. His turn bet confused me a bit. If he had the Ah wouldn't he be putting in more action on the flop? Do i give him credit and c/f turn?
