89s Flops low straight, flush card river spot.

Villain is 13/9 over 70 hands. He seems quite passive and has c bet 0/2 flops so far in this sample.

I decided to just lead three streets to stop him checking back draws to better hands or pairs etc.

This river is kind of annoying, not because I expect himto have a flush too often, but because I don't think hands like 2 pair are going to be calling that often. I hate hate hate my bet sizing here, it was thoughtless and lacked a plan, because it makes b/f meh and takes away a lot of his hands that could call say $13. Does b/f 13-14 sound okay?

As played I still want to fold here because I doubt we're ever good more than 10% of the time or so.

I don't think the river bet size was bad, maybe could go for a bit less. I think river fold here is good.

I like flop sizing and I would probably bet something like 7,5-8,25 on the turn

- on the river I'm betting 15-16 and folding to raise

You say on the river hands like 2 pair aren't going to be calling often, so what's the value in betting?

Anyone care to explain to me why a c/c on the river is not an option? If he hit the flush he's probably betting 15-18 for value so we lose the same amount as b/f but we actually get a showdown.
2 pair hands are checking it back, but they're folding to most valuebets anyways on a wet board like this, so we don't lose value. All seems logic to me.
