    Default 50nl - 3 3B pots, Biting the Bullet

These 3 hands were from tonight's sesh. Main Questions in bold.

    Hand 1:

    Villain is 'ladel_ladel' who I have as 12/10 2% 3B over ~500

I haven't really been 3B'ing him from the BB since I tend to do that with a really tight range, so no history regarding him flatting my 3B's.

I think it's a mandatory c-bet on the flop, though I maybe should have c-bet larger. Thoughts on c-bet sizing?

I wondering what my plan should be on the turn. After he calls my 3B and then c's my c-bet, I think it may be safe to say I am beat, as my range estimate for him getting to the turn prob looks like:

KK+,JJ-TT,77,55,33 with a discounted AK due to flop.

I still have 40% equity vs this range. Since I don't expect him to turn KK-JJ into bluffs my plan is to c/f... thoughts?

    UTG ($19.65)
    MP1 ($52.55)
    MP2 ($51.65)
    CO ($66.70)
    Button ($50.35)
    SB ($109.25)
    Hero (BB) ($53)

Preflop: Hero is BB with ,
4 folds, Button bets $2, 1 fold, Hero raises to $6, Button calls $4

    Flop: ($12.25) , , (2 players)
Hero bets $6.50, Button calls $6.50

    Turn: ($25.25) (2 players)
    Hero should c/f???

    Hand 2:

Villain here just sat and is running 19/15 over 20 hands

I decide to flat pre but I'm wondering if small 4B/f'ing is better vs an unknown.

As played I'm looking for thoughts on a flop plan.

    Hero (MP1) ($50)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with ,
2 folds, Hero bets $1.75, 2 folds, Button raises to $6.50, 2 folds, Hero calls $4.75

    Flop: ($13.75) , , (2 players)
    Hero's plan is???

    Hand 3:

Villain in SB is 'elpapelucho' and I have him as 15/12 with a 3% 3-bet from the SB over ~1K hands.

Preflop I think his range is something like:

    JJ+,AQs+,AQo+

I decide to flat IP since he seems to be 3B'ing a tight range from the blinds, and flat the flop b/c lol we have TPTK

Looking for thoughts on a turn plan.

Looking at this objectively I think if I call the turn I have to call the river. This mostly depends on whether I think he can do this with AQ, b/c if he can't I can comfortably fold the turn.

    Flop: ($10.50) , , (2 players)

hand 1 - 1/2 psb is my default c-bet sizing in 3b pots. Here I'd want to know his fold to c-bet before deciding on sizing - although sample size will be small. Turn is gross cos it's gonna really mess with your action from 88, thing is that it doesn't hit him hard either. I think his flop calling range could easily be sets/66+ by the way. Check-decide is ok, block-decide $10 is ok too but it sucks that he might fold JJ that way. Cool thing is that you'll often get a hero call from TT on the river if the turn checks through.

hand 2 - i really don't like calling 3-bets out of position without reads and especially if you would never do it with KK+. Thing is, a 19-15 over 20 could easily be a 12-10...

hand 3 - note that 3% 3bet from sb doesn't tell you anywhere near as much as his 3b/call/fold vs steal stats. I also hate the range you assign him pre-flop, if you think he isn't 3-betting some 78s type of hands then, i dunno, you're probably wrong. He's c-betting this flop all day with his entire range too. If you're calling AK vs the 3bet and want to fold when you get a near-perfect flop then you fucked up pre-flop. As played i'm trying to decide whether raise or call turn is better for value. I prefer calling the turn and calling/shoving any river.

Uh oh Bbickes, Daven you still there?

4B/f'ing QQ can't be that bad M2M since most regs Stack off range pre is QQ+ AK, to which QQ has 40% equity, and if we 4B smallish and he shoves we are prob getting the worst of it due to their value 5B shoving range being more weighted towards KK+ no? Please give us your insight on this...

And what's your move/plan on the flop in H2 now? I'm guessing c/c to keep his range wide?

you will be priced in to call with 100bb stacks fwiw

flat and c/r the flop is a great line and u can balance it well with bluffs vs 3bet monkeys

sounds pretty terrible to 4/bet fold when u can just flat

i usually just 4b/call but this is why I have massive 1k swings every 2 days being an all in pre monkey that i am

    hand 1 I'd bet $8 and probably c/f riv
hand 2 getting it in pre isn't bad, but GOD 4b/f is terrible. If you call, c/c at least 2 streets
hand 3 obviously 4b pre now just call down
