Default make my self learn, and play better.

Just wanted to start a thread here that i can update and kind put my thoughts down in the hope that some of the things i learn stick. There's not a lot of posts in here with tournament players, so any comments or thoughts would be great.

I'm a pretty casual player, I generally play $12 turbo SnGs, $5-$15 Mtt so pretty small stakes but i'm working towards moving up. i have a pretty good grasp on SnG's and have a decent understanding of Mtt. i'm a winning player with >20% ROI in SNGs with decent sample, and a good ROI in MTT but very small sample size in them, but have some major leaks in my game, and even though i know what many of them are i can't seem to stop doing them. I know that sounds retarded but i'm going to try focusing more while playing to try and fix them. also even though i know varience is a big part of poker i think it gives most players an excuse for playing bad and i'm definitely in that category. I don't use a HUD, SnGWiz or any tracking software but i will definitely be looking into getting some program when i get a new computer.

Anyways thats all i have to say for know i'm going to try and set some goals and work towards them, i'll post them here as well as some results, Hands, and thoughts. Like i said most will be for my own benefit but i would appreciate any thoughts along the way.
