Default Facing small river raise after triple barreling 50NL 50BB

Villain is a tighter reg running 18/13/1.9 2% 3b over 500+ hands. His on about 3 of my tables. I fired smallish on turn and river because I felt he wouldn't call with QJ/KJ if I were to bet higher. Once he raises river, only thing I'm ahead of are his bluffing range but how often does he think im actually bluffing and has the balls to do something about it? Fold and be happy about it?

looks like one of those "fold and don't tell anyone" spots

3 on the flop, 8 on the turn, shove river.

yeah turn and river just seem way too small to me, especially when these guys are never folding TP.

passive nit raises your 3 barrel = fold

    - and I agree that w/ this stack (and this hand) you should be able to get all the money in
