I disagree. Even after you finished the main story, they have a ton of replay value. However, I'm the kind of person that likes to go back and get every goodie/trophy there is to get.

The player-generated maps tend to be awful, poorly designed and lack imagination. It takes a very long time to find a map worth playing.
Also, don't just click Community and expect to find a bunch of good levels. Obviously the majority of user-made levels are going to be trash. If you go to Community and search for the "Highest Rated," or "Most Hearted" levels, you'll find plenty of great levels there. I can make a couple of recommendations as a matter of fact:

 1) The Unfair Platformer (1 & 2)
 2) Digitized Reality

Bigred recommended the Simple Complications series to me. I played the first one but never got to complete it. It's an amazing level but it's pretty damn hard. A lot of time is needed to complete the level.
