Frustrated as hell

I have been playing poker online for about 5 months now. I started with $ 25 and lost that within the first month. I then put in $ 50 and 4 months later with bonuses I am at $150. My problem is for the past two months I have consistantly broke even. One session i could win 3 or 4 buy ins and the next i lose 3 or 4. This really hurts my confidance as to whether or not i am making solid plays. I know the bad beats and coolers, but these grey area hands are where i am lost. I have read a few books and I play lots of hands (5000 plus a week). So basically my question is what's next what is the best thing for me to do to get better. Sorry for the rant and thanks for any help.

It can take a long time to get good at poker. Congratulations on being break even after only a few months.

First off welcome to FTR. You are already on your way to improving because you've found a wealth of information here. Do your self a favor and just think of this as your starting point. Read the stickies, post a stats review thread, then start posting hands. Also check the top of the community forum for the sticky about IRC and come talk poker with the guys in there. They'll be happy to help.
