Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

Nice pot! Isnt kinda dangerous / weak to just call almos 8 BBs on an early position?

Squeeze raising would have been an option, as I don't really have odds to purely set mine. But if I 3bet it to ~500, I am committed to the hand now.

But if I just call, the implied donk quotient is high. One of the limpers was a drooler, and the raiser (as we saw) has a hard time folding anything. I figured flat calling was +EV, as it could well have let the others in for a "cheap" call. In this case I probably do have implied odds on a set with the pot being more bloated, and filled with players who can't fold.
