his range is tight utg+1 and a 3bet prob just folds out a small amount and the rest you are either behind or flipping with.

his opening range is real strong to begin with, and like vin said, a 3b will only let him continue with better assuming your sample is indicative of his play.
plus 3b pots oop arent very fun anyway.

flat pre, 3b AQo as a bluff unless once again he has postflop leaks or is really easy to play against post.

Ok so his UTG+1 opening range should be something like 66+/AJ+/KJs/KQ with maybe a few more suited QJ/KT hands thrown in, about 122 combo's.

AQs is a flip vs that preflop and should be playable oop. 3betting would be a bluff since his continuing range will have more than 50% equity vs AQs, it might be +EV in vacuum if we think he's only only going to continue with AK, TT+ (46 combo's) but I think we can choose other hands to 3bet here if we want (weak Ax mainly).

So I'd call and play postflop.
