Default 10NL - Blocking bets in 3bet pot

Villain was 17/11/3 over 52 hands.

Villains min. bets made me afraid of some kind of A, so I didn't raise anything b/c I didn't want to have to fold to a reraise, and if he flat calls the raise otf, checks the turn, I check behind, then leads the river, I wouldn't know what to do.

Anyhow, I thought it was an interesting line taken by villain b/c it forced me to win the least.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (9 handed) - Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    BB ($6.12)
    UTG ($3.94)
    UTG+1 ($8)
    MP1 ($13.82)
    MP2 ($7.17)
    Hero (MP3) ($10.39)
    CO ($10.37)
    Button ($3.06)
    SB ($8.53)

    Preflop: Hero is MP3 with K, K
    3 folds, MP2 bets $0.40, Hero raises to $1.20, 4 folds, MP2 calls $0.80

    Flop: ($2.55) 3, J, A (2 players)
    MP2 bets $0.10, Hero calls $0.10

    Turn: ($2.75) 7 (2 players)
    MP2 bets $0.10, Hero calls $0.10

    River: ($2.95) J (2 players)
    MP2 bets $0.20, Hero calls $0.20

    Total pot: $3.35 | Rake: $0.22

MP2 had 9, 9 (two pair, Jacks and nines).
Hero had K, K (two pair, Kings and Jacks).
    Outcome: Hero won $3.13

Yeah you know what, you're right.

Idk, this hand just really confuses me tbh.

Okay, I figured out what it is that I wanted to ask about this hand. Let's say position and pf action was reversed. I opened w/ QQ in MP, get 3bet and put villain's 3betting range on JJ+/AQ. It seems like making a small donk bet otf (or every street) could be a good idea, if we have a read that villain will not get aggressive with JJ-KK if an A is on board. This way we can easily fold to a raise, rather than checking to villain and being faced with a 1/2p-2/3p cbet which could mean anything.

Copying a retarded play is retarded.

Take a note that A: villain does this with weak hands oop and B he calls 3bets weak/set farms without implied odds. Iso and exploit the @#$% out of him.

Repeat: do not post results when you post hands.

This would be pretty bad. Just as it is when villain does this with 99.

Leading 3 streets small with QQ is not going to fold KK/AQ (as you can see in your HH). And JJ/AK/AA is just going to continue as well. So the bets would really accomplish nothing but depleting your BR a bit.

You should just c/f QQ if you have his range at JJ+/AQ+ on this board, as he is going to be betting no worse hands. c/folding is exactly what 99 should plan on doing on the flop as well. Bets have a slightly higher merit with 99 because if he didn't bet like such a bitch you could fold TT/QQ-KK.
