Default what range to call 3 bet

villan here seems like a pretty big fish (although only like 60 hands) he's running 57/22. 3 bet 10%

what range do i call this 3 bet with, (3 bets a bit bigger then usual he usually makes it 2.50 -2.75)

what do i 4 bet with?

    Grabbed by Holdem Manager
    NL Holdem $0.25(BB) Replayer
    SB ($25)
    BB ($25)
    UTG ($14.64)
    Hero ($27.09)
    CO ($23.17)
    BTN ($33.01)

    Dealt to Hero XX

fold, Hero raises to $0.75, [color=red]CO raises to $3.15, folds around hero?

I don't like calling 3bets oop, 4bet or fold is my general conclusion.

    Also this:

Sorry my point is, if we know this guy is fishy and likes to see a lot of flops, we have the worst possible seat at the table. I wouldn't be thinking about adjusting my range against this guy, I'd be looking to move.

meh if theres no other seats at the table being oop vs a fish is way more +EV than not having a fish at all

    +1

Just playing tight and value betting the fish is better than losing the fish.

I don't like leaving a table when there's a big fish, but it's not easy getting maximum value when you're constantly out of position. Position is so important, and at my level I think it's more important than the relatively small edge I have over the fish. And there's plenty of fish around, it won't take long to find someone who's terrible with an empty seat to their left. But, I guess if you think your edge over the fish is worth more than position, then by all means stick around and just tighten up.

would you guys rather have a mega fish or an aggressive reg on your left?

I'd rather be sitting to the right of a mega fish than to be surrounded by a bunch of tough regs.

Fish is in the blinds a couple hands to be profitable. If fish calls 3 bets, it's even better. 3 bet vs EP opens and fish calls. Print money. Not every seat is perfect, but every fish is.

anywho, what am calling with here (if any) and what am i 4 betting?

It comes down to what you think his range is for 3betting and are you ahead of it. I'd only 4 bet if I think he's calling or getting in with worse enough of the time.

I know that this answer sucks, but it really just depends

depends upon the fish's tendancies...does he make mistakes more often by calling or by betting, is he agro but runs scared at the first sign of opposition, and most importantly since I'm oop I'm losing a bunch of positional advantage therefore I'd like my cards to be quite a bit better so that I've got a card and skill advantage

is his range polarized or not, and also if he is unpolarized then how does he react to 4bets? is he calling wide? shoving a lot? folding all but premiums?

if I call then how do I plan to make $$ on this hand? on a missed flop? when I crush the flop?
same questions about a 4bet and his call of that.
    will I call a shove?

those are all questions that need a larger sample size to know (most of the time at least) with very little info, do i just stick a very tight range say QQ+ AK+, and can adjust that range as i gather more notes, etc.

im def not folding JJ/AQ/TT when this guy is 3betting me, whether id 4bet/get these hands in or just flat depends a lot on his postflop game, and if i see him get it in with worse pre. Until then i'd probably just flat these hands

if he is truly opening 10% of hands then we can proceed with AJs/KQs/99 as well...and probably other stuff, im just too lazy to do a whole bunch of work with stove right meow

and by opening i mean 3betting
