    Default Work Politics

    Who likes it? It keeps my job fun, but then I like knowing that I am going to be fucked by X because of Y and have very little recourse to stop it at my current level. Based on what I have seen only 5% of politics matter, my problem is that I don't know which 5% it is.

    Anyone have thoughts on this?

    I work at a nice quiet office now with no work politics whatsoever. Everyone I work with is awesome and everyone all gets along. And I honestly miss work politics so much.
