Can someone tell me that how can I use poker tips and strategy to win a poker tournament?

No tip is going to win you a tournament, you can only increase your chances of it happening. To win a tournament, you tend to need two things... to play better than average, and to get luckier than average. Luck averages out over time, skill does not. So make more +ev moves and less -ev moves, and be patient. If you're playing better than average, then your time will come. If you're playing badly, then you need to get luckier than you would if you're playing well.

There's plenty of articles on this site and elsewhere across the net that will help you understand poker better. Study is key. Identify your weaknesses, and try to turn them into strengths.
