What is a good program (free) to run while playing ring games.preferably one with odds/% of hand to call with/fold and so on. Is this a good way to improve my game?any help useful always down for advice on how to improve my online game. Thanks

Software telling you odds/% of hands to call with/fold is an awful way to improve your game. It sounds like you want something which can coach you the optimum way to play in each situation and that just doesn't exist.

Check out the stickies in this section for good poker software. The main thing you'll want is a HUD (Heads Up Display) which gives statistics on other players from what you've seen them do.

The best way to improve your game is to post hands and read threads in Beginners' Circle.
