    Not from a fitness of health stand point. Metabolism and health are not so dependant on any individual meal or single meal timing.

    Benny is right. But I have heard send believe that fatty foods settle stomach acids. Salt helps rehydrate as well. Always easy when hung, so long as it's good you can keep down and makes you feel better. Fatty, salty foods seen to help here.
