Thin Value Bet/Missed Value
Villain is 75/50 after like 4 hands and we're playing 2nl zoooom, I expect most villains to fall into weak passive or nit, so I'd be much more inclined to put him in the first.

I'm unsure if I have gone too thin here or have missed out on value by not betting the river.
I obviously expect villain to be 3betting stuff like QQ+ and probably AK most of the time. I expect villain to be calling with things like overcards, flush draws, straight draws (OE and GS), any pairs, any sets, any two pairs, although he may raise some two pair and sets so we can discount them slightly.
Yet for some reason I expect villain to fold out most of the hands I beat on the river. But would I really be surprised to get called by A high? Probably not.
