Default 25NL - Couple of 3bet pot spots

Hand 1: Villain seems to be a good TAG reg 19/14, 7% 3bet, 5 AF after 360 hands. He seems to raise cbets more often than he should for just strong hands and generally seems to like playing back in fairly good spots (or he could just be on a heater over 360 hands).

I have been running a little card dead and folding a lot of cbets to him, so he might view me as kinda weak. I haven't particularly 4bet or otherwise played back at his 3bets yet.

Turn seems really marginal. Against some overcard hands, lots of overcard + flush draw hands, and AA-JJ I have just about breakeven equity to call. Adding in 33/66 and 89s swings it to barely under breakeven. Does it even matter what I do here?

Does anyone think the sizing looks more like draws/overcards than AA?

    BB: $27.01 (108 bb)
    Hero (CO): $25 (100 bb)
    BTN: $25 (100 bb)
    SB: $25 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with T T
Hero raises to $0.75, BTN folds, SB raises to $2.47, BB folds, Hero calls $1.72

    Flop: ($5.19) 8 3 9 (2 players)
SB bets $4, Hero calls $4

    Turn: ($13.19) 6 (2 players)
SB bets $18.53 and is all-in, Hero??

Hand 2: Villain is 29/23/ 1.5AF / 9% 3b. Seems loose/passive and fishy - especially in 3bet pots. He has only folded to 1 in 5 3bets (calling all of the others) and seems to play very fit or fold on the flop after calling. I have been 3betting and cbetting for free money.

Is turn c/f ok? I feel like a lot of his worse hands will check back, but I may end up getting "bluffed" off by like 9x.

I think he could be calling the flop wide enough that b/f isn't totally horrible, although I'm not sure I'm getting called by much worse and there are plenty of Qx in his range. On the plus side, I don't think I'm ever getting bluffed either.

    c/f > b/f >>>>>anything else?

    1. I've given him a range of boradways FDs, some overpairs with AA and KK discounted due to preflop and JTs and I only get 28% equity. Obv we need like 36%. Think it's a stretch to put any bare overcard combos in unless he's insane so i wouldn't call here unless you feel you can add weaker spazz to his range. Think we should just muck based on player description.

    2. I'd just b/f around 1/2 pot. Think c/f is a little too nitty since he could bet TT JJ 9x JT KJ KTs (KK?)
