Ouch that sux, he couldn't resist the FD and GS.

One question though, if you pegged him for a flush draw, why did you push the rest of your chips in once it landed ?

IT's one of those stupid, "I don't care" moves... I had to see that he was chasing the flush draw and there wasn't much I could've done with those last chips.

Now that I look at it, it was 540 chips... I guess it was just a stupid all in.

    Push on the turn?

definately all-in on the turn. You know your set is good at that point, he might have the A-h, but your still winning. You also have 10 outs to hit a full house or quads, where he has 9 outs to hit his flush.

But you have to let him take it at the river, that 540 is something you can work with short-stack strategy.
Is that guy still part of the forum??

In hindsight he actually only had 7 outs to the flush and 3 outs to the straight leaving him 36 non-outs, where you win. Don't you hate it when the dogs win

Question guys. Flush draw willing to call 700 at the turn. Would have AI, 540 more chips made any difference to that lunatic? Holding 3h 2h hoping to make flush at the river, even if the caller knew exactly what allLiving was playing.. do you think he's sane? I think AI would work to a sane person in that situation, i don't see him folding to AI. I have been put in a similar situation, i'm really asking for you guys' opinions based on your experience.

The guy had 4 more outs that you guys aren't counting, with an inside straight draw. Not that I'm excusing the call, but he was probably considering that as well.

And an all in is nearly twice the number of chips the guy would have to call. He is more likely to fold to that. Exactly how much more likey he is to fold, who knows.

Sure as hell beats paying him off when he hits his draw.
