Spiked boats on the Turn

Default Spiked boats on the Turn

Here are two nearly identical hands where I spiked non-top fullhouses with high pocket pairs on the turn. In the first hand, I don't think there's any way I could've avoided doubling the other guy up. How can I put him on aces full as opposed to AK, AJ, a lower boat, or even a bluff?

In the second, I doubled up myself, but I'm not sure I quite played it right at the end by drastically overbetting the pot and pushing all-in. The other guy's $5 bet leading into me at the river confused me. I thought it meant he had aces full, threes full, fives full, or an ace with a strong kicker and was hoping I would reraise him. I still don't know what he was trying to accomplish with that bet after playing passively the rest of the hand, but I guess it's just the Saturday Night Special on Party/Empire.

you would have to have an incredible read on someone to fold something like that. i think most people would have done the same thing.

Edit- I misread the Hand History. It all makes sense now.
