Both you and your opponent played the hand like retards and deserve to be kicked in the balls for such foul play.

    Nothing personal.....

Tell us how you really feel..

What I see here is a blind steal gone wrong..
A blind defense that should not have been.
Then a pissing contest between two people who have hands that should have not seen the turn.

I don't think either one of you played it well, but Seeing as its is a SnG and you are already ITM what does it matter?

Lemme guess the 4th guy just bust out 1-2 hands before this?

Honest no bullshit observation. You need to hope this thread gets closed and deleted. That was... dumb as hell. I could list the reasons why but I'm afraid I'd end up punctuating every sentence with "you moron."

    Welcome to the boards.

You are such a bad ass for winning this hand, hell for playing J2os.... Oh wait no you're not. How did you get this far in the Sng? I am guessing you usually play better. Um, I will just pretend you let Helen Keller come over and you had to go take a break and she played for you, but then I ask myself why is Helen Keller over? You are a sick man...

Pre-flop I could possibly see as blind defense. After that you had no business being in the hand and should have folded to the flop bet. I'll refrain from bashing this play as we all get caught up in a hand from time to time. But, this was particularly bad.

We can be caught up in a hand or whatever but that doesn't mean that you call an all in with J high.

Couldn't agree more. That's why I said this was particularly bad.

I second that, I understand your blind defense pre flop, but then you have to let that hand go, OMG man what was going through your head, calling an all in with jack high, are you actually proud of this??? No hard feelings man, I even added you to my buddy list

Oh my ... I read the history wrong at first and thought you were leading at the turn and river, which made it slightly less retarded (but the other guys play on the river absolutely ridiculous).

I'm reminded of that guy in a World Series limit holdem event. "He called me with Jack high! He called me with JACK HIGH!!!!!!"

This, amazingly, is much much worse, calling not just a limit river bet but an all in in NL. Your play preflop and at the flop is bordeline between ballsy and dumb but after the flop when he starts leading its just downright retarded.

This thread is FUBAR'ed, I am shocked at the how poorly this poster has been treated. Yes he made a marginal preflop play, and poorly played it there after; BUT, we have all done this. I could accept one or two, maybe three negative responses. All I see though, is everyone hopping on the ngerical bashing bandwagon. I can't stress this enough, I am actually offended with his treatment, If I were treated anything like this when I first posted, I'm sure I wouldn't have made a second post. Come on guys, if there is one thing great about this forum, it's the safety one feels in not being treated maliciously.

And think about it for a minute, How many of you have made a ridiculously stupid call, and gotten lucky and won. I've done it, and I think most people here have, don't make this poster's primary mistake posting his hand.

Hey, hey. All we're trying to do is ridicule him and make him feel stupid. If he ever thinks of calling an allin on the river with jack high he'll say "Oh snap, if I do this no one is going to like me! I'm so awkward!!!"

We're just trying to help. And I know I've never made a play like this unless I was shot and accidentally fell on my keyboard triggering the turn and river calls... somehow.

I've never ever made a call like this. Anytime I've ever called an all in, at least one of my cards matched the board. Jack high???.....

it's not that BAD of a call since it's actaully some what liekly that the person is semibluffin on a turn'ed straight draw

I don't see that many hands that would explain the huge flop call
then doing a stop n go allin on the turn

if your read tells you that you think he's bluffing more than half the time

this call ins't so bad because it comes with you being accepted as "TERRIBLE PLAYER" to people on your table that just saw you win with J high, you can probably exploit that table image if you know what you are doing.

If you did this because of your read, congrats, if not ...quit poker
I only heard of calls like this twice.. one with Q high by Daniel N, (he posted the whole hand on cardplayer btw) and I heard of Stu Unger calling with T high as well.....

hopefully, we can oneday make calls like this based on read, not "fuck it lets go".
