    Default help with this laydown

This hand left me all confused. He says he had AK, but there's no reason to believe him since he limped. Should I have led out the turn with a bet to see where I was at and to protect from a bluff? Any comments appreciated.....

    himself fucker.
You're too weak/tight. This leads to a lot of "look at this good laydown" sort of situations. You need to drive the betting on the turn again. You can just camp for the nuts and bet them.

Lead the turn, fold to the AI unless the opponent is a fish.

It's too early to be risking it. The AK is questionable; it's really hard to tell without a read on him. If he has the AK, and he's feeling like he wants to push his chips he should have done it on the turn with the flush draw on the board. Maybe he's just stupid.
