    Default worst bonuses/sites

hey guys what are the worst sites out there for clearing bonuses besides ultimate bet. i won't go on that site anymore since it is painful trying to whore out that bonus. pokerroom is pretty bad too but i can do it. i want to start trying some of the other sites on the sticky thats provided on this online gaming forum, but i don't want to get caught with another ultimate bet. any suggestions?

Interpoker is becoming my favorite. I expect to clear their $90 bonus tonight, having started on it only yesterday. The competition is very soft too, so that's awesome as well.

I can't STAND interpoker. Slow as hell cashouts. Don't allow cashouts to neteller.

And the avatars...they're just weird. Took my bonus and ran.

I love Full Tilt's interface. It's the best ever.

Don't allow cashouts to Neteller? What are you talking about? I cashout to Neteller every month.

You hate InterPoker's avatars (of which there are none), but you love Full Tilt's interface. That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

I'd avoid Pokerroom. Bonus slow. Interface bad(and slow - and I have a cable modem).

    You do WHAT?

I tried to cash out, couldn't even find the option for neteller, e-mailed customer support, and was told that "cashing out to neteller is not an available feature at this time. Instead you may use...blah dee blah dee blah."

These are based solely on my experiences. Opinions WILL vary:

    Best Bonuses
    ---------------
    - Listed from best to worst (In my opinion):

    1. Party/Empire Poker and all skins - Frequent reloads. Have recently been offering max bonuses of $200 almost monthly / Require 7x raked hands to clear. Decent interface. Fast speed software. Fast cashouts (1/2 hour to several hours back to Neteller).

    2. InterPoker - Monthly 100% matching bonus up to $90 / Requires 5x raked hands to clear. Bad interface. Slow speed software. Moderately slow cashouts (1-2 days back to Neteller).

    3. Pacific Poker - VERY infrequent reloads. You must wager 20x the amount of the bonus before it can be cashed out. Ridiculous. So, for example, if you receive a $100 bonus, you must wager that bonus to the tune of $2000 before you can withdraw it. the only reason that I have ranked it this high is that they release the bonus into your bankroll IMMEDIATELY. Meaning that you can play with that bonus at the tables right away. You can also withdraw profits made above and beyond that bonus amount immediately. So you can make your deposit, receive your bonus, withdraw your initial deposit and play at the tables only with the bonus money. That is very redeeming and the sole reason why I have them ranked this high. Bad interface. Slow speed software (can only single-table). Slow cashouts (3-5 days back to Neteller).

    4. Royal Vegas - You must play raked hands equal to 10x the amount of the bonus PLUS the applicable deposit. Also, their bonus wording is shady. They are currently advertising "40% up to $100". At first glance this looks like if you make a $250 deposit you would get a $100 max bonus. Not so. It is actually a 40% bonus on up to a $100 deposit for a max bonus of $40. Therefore, you have to play 10 x 140 ($40 bonus + $100 deposit) = 1400 raked hands to clear a $40 bonus. Not worth the time. Bad interface. Average speed software. Slow cashouts (2-3 days back to Neteller).

    5. PokerRoom - They offer nice bonuses with regard to the amount of bonus offered (For Example, they just ran a max $300 bonus). However, clearing these bonuses takes forever. This is one of the sites where you must accumulate Player Points in order to clear the bonus. You must accumulate 7 player points per $1 of bonus. However, a hand needs a minimum rake of $0.50 to count toward your Player Points. Even then, if a hand is raked > $0.50 < $1, you only receive 1/2 Player Point. Any hand where the rake is $1 or greater gives you 1 Player Point. You have to play $2/$4 limit in order to have any chance of clearing this bonus within a reasonable time. The one upshot is that they alot you 60 days to clear the bonus. Fair interface (too dark). Moderate speed software. Good cashouts (Within 24 hours back to Neteller).

    6. Paradise Poker - VERY infrequent reload bonuses. you must play 10x raked hands for every $1 of bonus. Bonuses are released in $10 increments every time you accumulate 100 raked hands. Nothing special here. Excellent interface. Average to slow speed software. Good cashouts (Within 24 hours back to Neteller).

    7. Ultimate Bet - Infrequent reloads and another site where the clearing requirements are met by accumulating Player Points make this a site not really worth bonus whoring. You must earn 10 Player Points for every $1 of bonus. They release the bonus to you "as you go" which means if you accumulate 20 Player Points during your session, your account is immediately credited with $2 of your pending bonus. This bonus structure takes forever to clear. Excellent interface. Fast speed software. Good cashouts (Within 24 hours back to Neteller).

    8. PokerStars - VERY infrequent reload bonuses and no signup bonus offered. Yet another site that makes you earn Player Points. terrible. Not exactly sure of the wagering requirements, but the Player Points thing is a sticking point for me. I hate it. Bad interface. Fast speed software. Fast cashouts (1/2 hour to several hours back to Neteller).

    9. The Gaming Club - This bonus clearing structure is so stupid that it isn't even worth the time to explain. If you're interested, look on their website: http://www.gamingclubpoker.com/promo...&EventID=20629. Bad interface. Average speed software. Slow cashouts (2-3 days back to Neteller).

You must have gotten the "new guy" at InterPoker or something. I have cashed out to Neteller several times from there without incident.

    Hi jmrogers7,

Just wanted to let you know that Poker Stars does have a 20% sign up bonus now. I don't know if it avaiable at all times, but it looks like it will be avaiable for a while. You have to get player points equal to the amount that you deposit, i.e. you deposit $500 you need 500 players points to clear the bonus. If you are an SnG player you get 5 times the rake paid in player points. I play $20+2 SnG's so I get 10 player points per game.
    Thanks,
    BreakfastMan

Thanks, BreakfastMan - Yeah, I saw that they are currently running a deposit bonus. This is not the norm but take advantage of it while you can.

Party rules, i've cleared $100 in the last 2 days. VCpoker / Golden Palace etc are really slow to get any money from , it took me about 3 weeks of 3 tabling $20 NL to get $40!

Does anyone have a code to get 150 or 200 bonus at empire, i think i'll have this party bonus done within the next day or two but the only codes on the empire site are for 100.

whoever said stay away from Full Tilt is crazy... if you play decent stakes you arent going to be able to beat $900 free from one site in a month. Plus FT has an awesome interface and even razz ring games! fun to sit down there with $20 and just mess around sometimes

    Ok what's the deal here.

I got my signature removed because it revealed my website address.
Also in my profile, it will no longer show my site, yet
there seems to be no problem with "jmrogers7" posting mad affiliate links all over the place.

What's the deal around here, if you give enough reach arounds you get to advertise all you want?\

Is that the site where you have to move your funds from the poker area of the site to the casino and then you cashout using Neteller from the casino part? Or am I thinking of another site.

I kind of had a feeling (after posting), considering the enormous amounts of posts you had that those might be FTR links.

    Allrighty then.

It has never been my intention to use the forums here as commercial space, and I understand not allowing a website address present in the signature.

I still think people should be able to peep my web site address if they feel inclined to check out my profile.

this many posts and no one has even mentioned absolute's weekly bonuses...

they are so easy to clear it essentially allows you to play rake free.

    100 raked hands = $10

I found the players at Interpoker player to be tight and skilled. I ended up losing $130 before clearing the $90 bonus at the 1/2 limit holdem tables. Its the only time I lost money clearing a bonus. Maybe I just ran into some tough tables... but I won't be trying that bonus again anytime soon.

There was also no way that I could find to see how close you are to clearing the bonus.
  29. #29
The only way to find out how close you are to clearing is to give them a call.
It only takes a second and they are cool about it as long as you don't call every 50 hands.

Quick tip, if you are going to play the $1/$2 limit tables at INter, (which I play frequently, usually 2/4 3/6) play the 6 handed tables. When playing the 10 handed tables it is just inevitable to have at least 2 randoms who will pay off every bet. While this is nice at a 6 player table, it can become costly at a 10 handed table.

Obviously you have to play a bit looser at a 6 handed table, but when you do get premuim hands, they hold up much more often, especially if you get your raises in.

If you use Poker Tracker you can filter the hand histories to find out how many were raked.

If you don't use PT, then search the net for a utility called CryptoCounter. This does a nice job of counting up raked hands for all of the Crypto sites.
