The preflop call looks somewhat loose, but I figured it was likely he had a big pair judging from the size of the raise, and with this particular opponent, I could easily win his stack with a lucky flop, which is essentially what happened. I even made the flush on the river.

Yup, sets are definitely good allin flop hands if you can get the action but on the river its a little scarier. that son of a bitch probably would have called allin on the flop draw anyways cuz thats what they do so dont feel bad

hmmmm...preflop the pot is roughly $12-13 bucks....flop stays the same....turn you put in a $8 bet, so roughly $20 pot, and that guy reraises you $150....talk about overbetting!
