Thoughts? Also, how would you play it if you had 3x my stack?

Short stacked with a strong hand, definately the best play. Why not give us the results... you didn't even have many chips to play with.

Always buy in with the max table buyin.

Note that I also asked how you'd play it with 3x my stack (aka a full buyin), because I was expecting to get a "well, you're short stacked, so push" type of response.

What would your play be if I had $48 in chips?

Good question. I think I was hoping to get his min-bet to fold and also hoping to provide less incentive for SB to stay in. I'd much prefer to have as few competitors as possible here. I wanted to see where I was at as well, so I could let it go if he rereraised, assuming AA/KK/QQ.

I'd say its best to bow out and find a better spot. You know the feeling you get when youre about to bust someones ass with your set?...well, wait till you get that feeling before calling a $10 bet plus a $10 call in front of you.
