I've recently jumped from limit to NL to 6-max NL and have been profitable at each different game (although I find 6-max NL to be by far the most exciting, even though I've won nothing but the blinds with AA or KK many times because everyone else folded before I could even do anything).

I had this hand last night, when I called markchow's all-in I had put him on a straight or flush while only having a flush draw myself (Ace high) - the pot odds didn't really justify me being in there but I was on a bit of a power trip (janchostar had gone all-in on my QQ the hand earlier and got knocked out with my full house - which I made on the flop) - will this kill me in the long-run? Sure it worked out great come the river - but that was dumb luck more than anything.
