I put him on a smaller set.

Fold the turn there? I know a lot of hands could make that play. Ace & flush draw, for instance...but I just jumped a limit, and wondered if you have to think about that one in 100NL.

i don't see how you can get away from this. I might put him on A10s, but that's a large raise to call with. I guess you would need to have ptracker and look up what kind of hands he calls raises with. Either that or have a read on the guy, if he was somewhat loose and aggressive I would have to call him here, if he was a rock i fold here.

He's a fucking moron, and he's outflopped me or outdrawn me in like the last 15 pots we played.

He's made a straight tiwce now vs my top set, and outflopped my AA with 49.

If he's that much a maniac this call is a no brainer.

Sorry but you are looking at two flush draws and a straight draw after the turn. Someone goes AI. Where's the mystery?

It sounds like you're telling him to fold.

It's a clear call for a lot of reasons. You've got outs to a boat, a board that loans itself to two pair easily, AK sometimes likes to get his aggro on with that flop becuase of his outs to a straight AND the guy just called your raise on the flop meaning he'd have to be slowplaying AT (or 9T). I just lost my train of thought and don't want to work to get it back.

what happens preflop when you raise, he calls flop comes and you bet, and he folds ...

what do you think is going on here ??

does he have position on you the majority of the time he's in the pot with you ??

he's playing position on you with crap cards against his reads that you are playing premium hands .. he knows when he hits lucky he is taking your stack ... sounds like you got outplayed bad.

Element raises a good point for analysis of the session. If he has pegged you as playing broadway, he probably decided to gamble. You just got the worst of it that time, losing 3rd nutz to 2nd nutz. So, I wouldn't beat yourself up over that specific hand. Besides, he could just be a hack that had your number in that session.

Perhaps try to watch out for players that follow you into pots alot, to figure out if they are playing solid hands or just fishy. Randomize your raises, too.

Besides I like calling raises with suited connectors and 1-gappers every once in a while. They're fun.

This guy wasn't a good player though. He followed everyone into every pot, often reraising preflop.

He lost all his money several times.
