trip queens folded on flop

I really need some help here.. theres an aspect of my ring game im uncertain of.. and thats what to do with trips on a flop co-ordinated for a straight and/or flush eg:

• i hold QQ and flop comes Qs,Kh,Tc > i once folded here to an allin on the flop (HeadsUp), putting him on AJ but looking back thats a typical board for someone to hit 2pair - which is exactly what he said he had. In this situation I think its ok to call an allin, probably always - id imagine its a +EV call.

Next situation:

• i hold AA and flop comes Ah, Th, 2H again i have folded here to an allin - my bro says im mad and have to pay off a flush here - but my thinking was its a -EV call for me because I only fill up 1 in 3 times and its pretty definate my op has a flush. As for going on reads, surely you'd need a very very good read that theyre a maniac raising allin on drawing hands (whereby they may be moving allin with nut flush draw - i find this unlikely)

As you can see my hand below is simular only i have trip queens.

One the AA hand I'd most likely put my opponent on AK, TPTK with the nut flush draw, and thats usually the hand that goes all-in here. He cant really put you on set so a typical player will try to milk you for more money since you are the one who raised PF. You raise PF and he pushes out of position on the flop? I dont see how you can put a typical player on a made flush here?

If he has the flush, why is he going all-in? Maybe he has a weak flush. I would only lay this down if I had I very solid read on the other guy. You still have outs: any 10, 4, the single Q or any runner runner pair. I think the chance he doesn't have the flush is fairly high and you still have about a 33% of beating the flush if he does.

I just thought the allin screams I have a flush and wana double up... but its interesting to hear your veiwpoint that theres less chance they have a flash than I think.

Not the case at all. I'm sure it happens against bad or tricky players, but most players aren't going all in on a flopped flush because they know it's not going to get called. An all in on a suited flop indicates top pair more often than not. Sometimes it means second pair trying to leverage the flush possibility against you (make you fold TP). Either way you gotta call with the aces.

As for the other hand, also very weak of you to fold. Your reads aren't quite immaculate yet. You gotta work on that. Monsters will slowplay. Strong vulnerable hands will bet heavy. It was exactly the case here. He had two pair, and it was vulnerable to the straight. He went all in as you should.
